• MSet::snippet(): Optimise snippet generation - it's now ~46% faster in a simple test

• Add XO_REQUIRE autoconf macro to provide an easy way to handle version checks in user configure scripts

• PHP bindings now support PHP7

• Size of compiled PHP bindings reduced (~6% saving in stripped extension module size for PHP7 on x86-64 Linux)

• Omega's omindex can now index markdown files
