Description
atreus has doxygen 1.8.1.2, but the latest version is 1.8.11. Either we should install a local version, or wait until thyestes (which will have 1.8.8) and see what that looks like.
(One advantage of more recent versions seems to be proper sorting of classes &c in the lists. Not sure when that came in, though.)

I plan to switch to building release tarballs on one of my local machines, which will make it easier to use a recent doxygen version. Marking for 1.4.1.
