Search-Xapian-1.2.9.0.tar.gz is not on the CPAN mirrors

Description

While Search-Xapian-1.2.9.0.tar.gz is available from ​http://xapian.org/download, but is not available from CPAN. In fact the CPAN link on the download page fails and ​http://mirrors.ccs.neu.edu/CPAN/authors/id/O/OL/OLLY/ does not show the tarball. 1.2.8.0 is the latest.

It would be good to have 1.2.9.0 on CPAN since the Gentoo eclass for perl modules looks there for downloads.
