SVN HEAD now uses CSS to draw the "relevance bar".
The recent trend in web search is away from graphics showing how "good" a result is. Showing a score at all is fairly uncommon.
I have found the weather symbols, so I'm going to attach them here in case we want them in the future, but otherwise I'm going to consider this bug as dealt with.

OK, attached. I can't find where these originally came from right now, but I'm pretty sure they were freely licensed. That should be double-checked before using them though...

This really needs sorting out!
I did produce a set of "weather symbol" ratings (as an homage to EuroFerret!) from some freely licensed artwork but didn't commit them and I can't see them right now. Probably not ideal as the default, but it would be nice to have a few sets.
