Description
Snowball has stopword lists, at least for most languages.
We should ship these in some form. Perhaps as is (or with the comments processed) and a Stopper subclass which can read a list from a file.

stemming.html (soon to be .rst) even (wrongly) claims we have such lists in xapian-data! I'm commenting that out for now, but marking this for consideration for 1.2.7 - just dropping the stopword lists into xapian-data would be easy to do.

Assem's GSoC 2014 work fixed addressed this in trunk (r18104 and others).

Bumping milestone to 1.1.1 as there's no patch yet and this isn't an incompatible change.
