Remove items marked as deprecated
Remove non-pythonic iterators
All the non-pythonic iterators should be removed for the 1.3.0 release. They are currently marked as deprecated (and have been since 1.0.4).

Made this into a generic "miscellaneous tasks for 1.2.0" bug. Should be fleshed out at the appropriate time; when we actually make the 1.2.0 release, we'll edit the description to reflect the current status.
