On Windows Server 2003 deltree doesn't exist and thus tests fail

Description

Various db tests fail because deltree doesn't seem to exist on Windows Server

  1. Deltree is used to clear up old databases.

Already fixed (it caused by was a typo - missing "()" after a function call).
