Description
We should regenerate the Unicode character tables we use from the Unicode 5.1 data file. This requires me to find the modified script I used before (which should also go in SVN so we can find it next time!)

I gave up looking for the script and have recreated the modifications to the script (checking that the script exactly recreates the current data file from the Unicode 5.0 character tables). SVN trunk now supports Unicode 5.1.
